I attended Eastfield College for Electrical and Heating and Air Conditioning to further expand my knowledge of these critical systems. In 2005 I received a Certificate as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Residential Technician I.

I am a Certified Home Inspector with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (the largest, most successful industry organization).  I am the current Vice President of our North Texas Chapter.  I have the integrity, professionalism and training required to provide you with the information you need to make a decision that will protect you and your families safety, finances, and your emotions.

I am Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Home Inspector, License# 7567.
